All orders are processed in the order they are received. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days but may ship sooner and may be delayed if a large number of orders come in at once. Every effort is made to ship as quickly as possible. Special orders may take longer but delivery estimates will be provided when the order is made.
USPS is a reliable service; however, on occasion packages are delayed or go missing. We will make every effort to recover your package and get it to you as soon as possible. USPS services include:
First Class: 2-10 business days (not a guaranteed service, but an estimate)
Priority: 2-3 business days (not a guaranteed service, but an estimate)
Express: 1-2 business days (guaranteed service)
Currently we are only able to take orders online. We can not take orders by fax or phone.
We try to ship orders out as quickly as possible in the order they are received. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
We do ship to some international locations and hope to add more in the future. Currently if you are an international customer you must use Paypal to checkout. The locations we currently ship to are: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, Japan, and New Zealand.

Please remember that most these items are cut just for you. All sales are final. No returns will be accepted unless there is a mistake made in your shipment. If there is a mistake please contact us within 10 days for the original purchase at: email@example.com with a description of the mistake. Returns that are allowed will be credited to the original payment method for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
Special order times can vary between a few days and a few weeks. Usually, it takes no longer than two weeks for us to receive it and ship it back out to you. Shipping to you will depend on the carrier you firstname.lastname@example.org with the item and the quantity you would like. We can always make a special order for you.
